Recitation & Naat

1After the seating of all the guests from GCUF & NFC 7 chief guest function was started. Mr Saad Ullah from GCUF recited some verses from Holy Quran in glorious voice. After the recitation from Holy Book, Mr. Touqeer from NFC narrated Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool in such a glorious voice that every one praised him a lot.

Welcome Speech

2The recitation of Holy Quran and Naat shareef in glorious voices, Rabe Arshad Chair IEEE NFC gave the welcome speech to all the guests in this he discussed the true responsibility of a citizen and then elaborate the topic “We Own Pakistan” and then he paid thanks to all the guests and chief guest.

3After Invitation of inaugural by Rabe Arshad chief guest Prof. Riaz ul Haq Tariq inaugurate the function by opening of Pakistan flag. It was a glorious sight which arose inspiration in our hearts. He was much happy from this initiative taken by three IEEE branches to remember youth about their duties.

Speech by chief guest

4The tremendous opening of the event chief guest Prof. Dr. Riaz ul Haq Tarriq was invited for speech. He delivered some words about Pakistan and told the students that this event is the re owning the Pakistan, as we have owned Pakistan from the very beginning and it is time to prove that we are responsible citizens of Pakistan, for which our ancestors fought decades ago.

Training session by Umair Jaliawala

5Training session was started under supervision of Mr. Umair Jaliawala. He started the session with some inspirational words. Training was started with Ice Braking sessionIn this session student interaction was improved because all there was lack of interaction for which students were assigned to take maximum autographs and then interaction among the students was much improved.


35 groups, each containing 18 students were made. Now to improve leadership skills of students all the groups were assigned with a task to make clock tower of Faisalabad with A4 sheets only without any joining material, winner was a group which made tallest one. After this students were asked to share their experience in this small activity. Winning & losing team shared their reasons to win or to loss, which made a lot of things clear in students’ minds.

Address / Q&A session

7Col. Sadiq ur Rehman (Head of Electrical Engineering Department) had an adress with students. In which he told the students about his achievements in Pakistan and also discussed his great experience in Chaghi where atomic experiments was done. He told the students about energy of Pak army, who were there in high temperature without hesitation. After that some students asked questions from him and then he ended.
